Students can do their Surya Kriya practice under the guidance of an Isha-certified teacher and receive individual corrections. In addition to corrections, there will be time set aside for questions and demonstrations. We will also be going over instructions on how to deepen your practice at home. This program would be perfect for those who have any doubts about the sequence, alignment, breaths, or transitions, and those who have not practiced for some time.
